So, my grandparents want a dog but here's the wish list for the dog:
>quiet
>kind of energetic but mostly calm (in-between energetic and lazy)
>easy to train (train as in teach it to only piss outside)
>resistant against heat and cold (heat is more important)
>not to big (either small or medium)
what do ya think? Is there any dog breed like this? Pic unrelated.

adopt an older dog. greyhounds are quiet, clean, heat tolerant qualify as "lazy but occasionally energetic" and there's hundreds of ex racing greyhounds that will come to you already house trained

Was about to say this, until I read that they need a heat-resistant dog. Greyhounds have very little body fat and can suffer from heatstroke more easily, plus you need to get them things they can use when it's cold. Otherwise a greyhound would be ideal for you OP
perfect dog.
or if you'd like a partial wall print.
Enjoy!

So they are bad in cold and heat. How is that even possible?

They need a moderate climate, low body fat makes them more sensitive to harsher climates.
>bad in cold and heat. How is that even possible?
This question is also very stupid, don't you have a range of comfortable temperatures or can you go all the way in or direction, cold or hot? You don't like the cold but can hop in a volcano? Can't beat the heat but can wear a tshirt in the tundra? They have a limited range due to body composition.

Either check for shelter pups because purebreds come with bad stuff, or adopt an older dog.
