Two feed your momcat high quality protein diet, preferably all wet food. Add calcium through crushed egg shells baked at 300f for five-ten minutes or raw meaty chicken bones (DO NOT feed cats cooked bone). Feral cats often have nutritional deficiencies that manifest in failure to nurse.

Make sure the kittens are warm. Putting them in or on a blanket is not warm enough when the mom isn't on them.

Secondly, you can gently force a little forumula into their mouth. If you can get a syringe without the needle, it's easier than a kitten bottle. If that doesn't get them to suckle anything then you are better off getting a shelter or vet to take them. I don't know how you could possibly be doing this wrong. Could be something wrong with the litter since they should be easy to feed. Depending how long they have gone without food then they could be too weak.

Sometimes with the horses at least the milk dosent come till after contractions have stoped for a bit. If she is still in labor they may have to wait.
