ITT we try to post images of animals that other anons have not seen before.
Saw a video of a secretary bird for the first time today and thought it was cool.
tusked deer
the mythical 8-legged unicorn
Rare striped rabbit.
Wild Guinea
Worm Snake
Thought I'd seen everything until Wild China showed a few seconds of an over head shot of some weird cow looking ungulates. They're giant goat-antelopes. Reminds me of musk ox.
>>2334037
Also related, gaur. Giant wild cattle. There's also a domesticated kind.
>>2334038
Forgot my pic.
>>2334040
Damn, sometimes I forget that our cattle used to be wild. Very cool.
Here's a fun one. The Greenland Shark. They typically roam very deep underwater, around 2km under the surface. That's at 200bar pressure. Their habitat is also the furthest north of all known sharks, up to northern Norway and Greenland. They typically measure around 6 meters for a ton, but here's the best part: they have the longest known lifespan of all vertebrae! Estimated around 400 years. They apparently also have toxic meat, but Icelandic people still eat them as a delicacy.

which is it???
ring tailed cat
The maned wolf (Chrysocyon brachyurus) is the largest canid of South America. Its markings resemble those of foxes, but it is not a fox, nor is it a wolf, as it is not closely related to other canids. It is the only species in the genus Chrysocyon (meaning "golden dog").

>that other anons have not seen before
>>2334065
Yeah my friends visited Iceland and had that. I guess they have to let the shark meat rot to leech the toxins out before you can eat it, and it's an "acquired taste" for sure.
