found it in my vegetable garden. Thought they might've been baby ladybugs about a week ago when i first saw them, now I'm not so sure. Should I get rid of them or are they okay?

Based on nymph pic, probably Nezara viridula (green vegetable bug (basically stink bug))
They are eating your tomatoes, or at least sucking the sap from the fruit and stems
