The leaves are curling up. This is usually from lack of water or nutrition. Considering sansevieria doesn't require much water or sun you should check your substrate.
/an/ does have a plant general. It is mostly carnivorous plants but they would be more than happy to address a question like this. There is also a homegrowmen thread in /out/ that typically deals with edibles, but they would answer houseplant and decorative plant questions as well.
