How cats would envolve in far future?

I've forgotted to add that there can't be any human intervention, like as human has never evolved (and existed) on the Earth but cats (or whatever u found)

In Russia, some professor wants to try create new cat breed from two cats. both of them carry ear mutation gene. Maybe in future well see more 4-6 ear cats.

In the future i think cats would be cuter, but in a world without humans maybe they'd evolve too get bigger, and the American Continent would begin too see new breeds of cats, who instead of being housecats, would be a new breed similar to that of mountain lions. Perhaps they would hunt small rodents as do now, but also maybe they'd hunt for foxes as well. If they still hunt birds maybe they'd evolve in a way too make it more easy for them too climb trees, thicker claws, longer tail, & maybe there teeth would change too as they begin too eat different prey

first maybe you would get more useful replies in /sci/, second domestic cat doesn't diverge too much to mountain cats unlike dogs and third evolution depend if we (as humans or derivate specie) still are around in a geological time (~100 000 years minimum) because coevolution could be happen in that time but again, ask in /sci/ or even in /tg/
