It's not a wild animal, it's a domestic cat that was crossbred with servals many generations back.

seen a few come through the shelter I work at and they're always just awful. Need to be the only animal in the house, terrible with kids, neurotic, just generally a bad pet. even the "good" ones I've met have been such a pain

I really can't understand why anyone would want one of these over a regular cat aside from the wild animal as a pet meme factor
