I wonder if it would be possible to find who left this puppy to die in the Canadian Winter. I imagine the previous owner will be listing this puppys' siblings for sale in the near future.

It'd be nice if the breeder was charged and forbidden from breeding dogs in the future.

Sadly the kind of person who dumps an animal to die doesn't care about being banned from breeding or keeping animals, they only care for $$$.

Oh my gosh these ski attachments are the best. I realize they put those on to keep everything stable so he can learn how it feels to keep himself upright with prosthesis but even so... they should take him out for a scoot through the snow with those.
