Some of the leaves are starting to dry out. And to bottom ones turn yellow and seems to die.

Is the stem mooshy? Maybe over watering and now has root rot?

Thanks a lot for that suggestion!
The stem doesnt feel mooshy...yet.
It actually feels quite firm.
How do you fight root rot?
