How do you deal with them?

I'm german and these pests are everywhere around the cities nowadays. Back in the DDR there wasn't as many but when the unification happened, suddenly there are cockroaches everywhere in our big cities. We provide them with too food, warm homes and quality shelter and they breed everywhere like mice. Every summer I see them on the streets pestering the women and I feel really angry and wish the government would allow me to just clean them off our country like it is 1939.

Sometimes I feel like I'm in a Third World tropical country when I come back home in my tiny apartment in a poor part of Hamburg and I see these disgusting animals scattered around every dark alley looking at me with mockery of how modernity has killed Germany.

These animals are the most ungerman creature roaming my country right now. How do I efficiently get rid of them, /an/? Not only from my apartment, but from the entire city and (hopefully) the country someday.
Do you have any recommendations?

It's marvelous how life can adapt even to manmade environments
>>

It's everywhere in Europe now.

I thought winter would kill them off but these pests breed too fast.

I wonder how we'll explain this mess to our grandchildren.

Your American roaches are German cockroaches.
>>
I'm from Mexico and there are a lot, specially in Chinese restaurants.

German Cockroaches are smaller by a large margin and aren't prone to flying.
>>

Introduce geckos to your region.

We have those cockroaches here in Honduras but they arent a problem because we have geckos around.

We had a problem in our appartment so i brought some geckos eggs from my hometown (Roaches are very few because geckos are everywhere there) and in matter of some months the problems dissapeared.

the osman kind was in germany since the 70s
They kinda adapted to our climate here. in berlin for example they even got their own habitate. its called "ecological niche"
>>
In land of shit called Poland, we do not deal with any sort of those. There were a few, people just fuck their nesting areas up.

Seriously tho, as blattodea go, we have some small ones in the summer, you gotta try to kill'em/get them out of the house or they WILL nest somewhere. They are pretty cute tho. Fun fact: They're called Blattela germaica - coincidence?

Lmao OP, just get a cat or some shit.

Florida has a lot of bugs, cockroaches are a big problem. If your house or apartment isn't totally sealed, they will come in through any opening. It's very difficult to get them to leave.
