it's not a tick, it's like a blemish of some kind. It doesn't look like it bothers him so I havent considered taking him to vet. I was just wondering if any other anon has encountered similar little "bubbles" that are cyst like

probably just a cyst, my dog has the same on her back leg. If it starts to change or grows bigger then ask the vet about it otherwise dont worry.
