I used to give my dogs bones, cow feet, pigs ears and bully sticks but they both would have serious coughing/gagging fits so I don't believe they are really safe.
I want my dogs to have chews as enrichment. Does anyone have any suggestions?
The only things really unsafe out of those options are bones and possibly cows feet. Ears and bulky sticks are fine as long as they're American sourced

My dogs are corgi mixes so they are a little small and have had problems with the pigs ears

I think it depends on the dog. It seems really up in the air whether or not antlers, bones and raw hide is safe or not. For example some dogs can't and/or don't almost immediately break swallowable pieces off. Over time that will happen of course. One of my dogs is a chewer and we can get a good two weeks out of her bones before she is able to snap them so it's enough time for us to tell when it needs replacing or w le just need to saw off a section otherwise she will choke on them.

I have 2 great pyrenees. Destroy rawhides in under 10 minutes.
Try Dentley's Stuffed Femur Bones. They're not expensive, and we've had 1 that's been floating around here for about 6 months with just a few chips in the end. The dogs love them. They make them in different sizes.
I don't normally shill, but these are the only bones that have lasted longer than a few hours. The only toys they have that last are Nylabones, in case you are in the market for a chew toy.
