The same way you save anything living on this planet - take away the threats of habitat loss and human overpopulation. Rafflesia are mortally-bound to the vines and roots they take sap from, so ex-situ conservation is out of the question.

So depopulate Southeast Asia by any means necessary, and ringfence it from industrial interests - do try to suggest how that wouldn't solve matters entirely.

These are rare rainforest plants, you can't grow them easily (or indoors). Rafflesia are a plant with poorly-understood seed dispersal methods, and they take years to flower them die soon after, so it would be very difficult to get them to successfully parasitise captive tree stock.
