Why are vultures cooler than any other raptor bird?
because they protect us from horrible diseases

Sometimes, ridiculously large flocks of vultures pop up in my area. I'm talking hundreds and hundreds of birds. Why do they do this? It's always in the same spot and they're always high off the ground. I know they travel in flocks, but by the hundreds? And yes, i'm sure they're vultures. I obviously can't distinguish between them while they're in the air, but they're either black or turkey vultures.

Strength > Dexterity my newfriend
Vultures aren't raptors/birds of prey.

They roost together. They seem picky about what trees they like to roost in. The one time I saw a fuck ton that wasn't around a carcass was in a giant dead tree. Pretty spooky.
I'm adding you mean turkey vultures. I've seen a few black vultures in the southern part of my state but turkey vultures swarm here.

Vultures are thermal soarers which means that their musculature is significantly reduced to other birbs of pray. Vultures have neither strength or dexterity over an accipiter.
