Do you make your own pet treats?
Sometimes. in my experience baked treats don't keep very well, and all the recipes I find yield a huge amount of biscuits since I cut them so tiny.
More often I make little ice cream treats for my dog. A big scoop of Greek yogurt, a big scoop of puréed pumpkin or a whole banana, and some powdered peanut butter in the blender. I freeze the stuff in an ice cube tray.
There's a recipe out there for biscuits with parsley in it. Don't make it--found out the hard way it gives my dog the rocket shits.

I just use cut up pieces of hot dog or lunch meat.

My dog likes vegetables so we usually share a carrot or some broccoli. She likes dehydrated bananas too, so we'll eat them whilst walking. Of course we also make beef jerky and she gets some (a small amount of sodium for hers)
my mom bright home a food dehydrator yesterday. i can make chicken and liver treats now! even salmon jerky since that's super high value for my dog but also really expensive.
baked dog biscuits are so cheap in the store that i don't bother making them at home

WHAT THE FUCK MAKES YOU THINK THIS WOULD BE GOOD FOR A DOG? YOU ARE KILLING YOUR DOG DUMMY!

those are all fine for dogs

Does this picture seem vaguely sexual to anyone else?
>>2297217
No they are not! The only reason people give dogs "treats" is because the owner is trying to make themselves feel good.

i bet you eat boiled beans and rice for every meal
>>2297294
Do you have proof those things are harmful to dogs, or are you just talking out your ass?
>>2297294
is this bait? those are all great for stuffing kongs and other enrichment toys.
I make my rats treats. Banana, oats, flour, sugar, and peanut butter. They love it and so do my dogs. I've eaten them and they taste pretty decent. At least for small pets, homemade treats are much better because half the products made for them are dangerous.

I'm guessing your dog eats walmart brand kibble, but you still think feeding your dog human food is going to destroy your dogs temperament and give him cancer.

My dog is fed mutton/horse meat, green tripe and beef brisket bones mainly but will get fish and chicken occasionally.
Enrichment toys? Yeah its called a fucking pigs head or trotter for a smaller dog.
I think feeding pet food is more likely to give the dog cancer, but giving the dog sugar makes it an addict and fucks its mentality up. Its not being obedient, its a fucking addict. Like when a crackhead sucks a 66yo mans dick and pretends to enjoy it.
