One of our puppies has apparently developed a condition where his hip bones do not seat right in his leg. He does not use that leg anymore to walk around. The vet said it was a genetic issue, and although surgery can fix the issue they can not guarentee he will be pain free and a permanent fix. Also his other leg is starting to do the same. People are telling me euthanizing is something to consider. Thoughts?
