I realy like to see prey animals fuck up predators.
It's a rare sight and one I'm not desensitivised to yet.

The prey. I like the long odds and it's always a spectacle to watch a predator get fucked up

Predator when its a clean hunt and kill
Prey if they square off and actually start fighting

generally, the predator

it takes incredible skill and strength to catch and kill fast/large/both prey, living animals hyped on adrenaline who don't want to die, and will kill you, the predator, if they've got any chance to

it's pretty magnificent to me to see a predator manage to successfully bring something down since many attempts can easily and often do fail the first few times

some part of me feels happy when the terrified prey escapes, another part of me feels pain for the predator who is likely very hungry and has just spent so much energy for nothing

plus, baby predators need to eat. of course i'm gonna root for the parents trying to feed their babies
