What's /an/ overall opinion on ferrets?

If you want a kitten that never grows up, can't be reliably litter trained and smells like shit then sure, they're great.

Ferrets are cool. They can be rambunctious and fun, or lazy and cute. They do have a bit of an odor, but you get used to it. I recommend getting a hob if you get ferrets at all. I got a girl and she's a sassy little terrorizer.

Cute animals that are better then cats at killing unwanted rat's and mice in a home environment. They're also extremely curious which makes them hard to train and they're overpriced. Only get them if you have patience and don't mind shit getting knocked over.

>take cycle outside just past front door since live in upstair apartment and have no space in hallway
>begin pumping tyre
>pump makes this kinda "pssshh pssssh psssshh" noise as I'm pumping it
>minding own business pumping tyre up
>suddenly a ferrett
>little guy comes over towards me
>figure hes an escaped pet and that the noise attracted him
>continue to pump
>yeah he's curious about the noise
>comes over to sniff the pump
