I bought these for my friend who has an elderly dog hoping that it will help her feel a little more comfortable. Haas anyone tried these or seen these for sale anywhere?

Now PETA is going to break into the friend's house, steal the dog, then euthanize it.
Good job fag.

I dunno but me and my buddy used to give his old dog a piece of our pot muffins and he seemed to enjoy it

Are those intended for pain relief?

Aren't most freely commercialized weed meds for pain relief?
well it looks like they just have some CBD and no THC. For those of you who don't know what that means, THC is the stuff that gets you "high" and CBD is what is commonly associated with the more medicinal properties of cannabis. CBD can make you feel a little high if taken in huge doses (think 20-100 times the amount you would find in a plant) but mostly helps with pain relief, anxiety and other medical conditions. I doubt any dogs are going to get stoned from eating these, but as a regular weed smoker and dog owner I don't think there's much of a reason to get these aside from the novelty of giving your dog hemp CBD snacks. Also, your dog doesn't need to be stoned, stop trying to get your dog high

If the dog is elderly it may have joint pain. CBD can help with that for humans often, so it might work for dogs.
At any rate I doubt they'll do any harm if fed as directed. CBD is incredibly safe.

If you read it at all you would have seen that I bought them to help with pain, not to "get my dog stoned"

I'm curious because those didn't say "CBD" anywhere in the package just "hemp"

It actually says "hemp seeds".
Hemp seeds have very little in the way of cannabinoids. They're basically tiny little nuts, with a taste sort of halfway between cashew and black tea.

So probably not for pain relief then
