Considering these creatures are addressed by their genus names more often than not, what would be some interesting names for prehistoric lifeforms?
Cunnilingusaurus Fagilis
>>2270185
>Brontotherium: Spatula rhino
>Calicotherium: Gorilla horse
>Macrauchenia: Trunkllope
>Indricotere (kinda counts since they changed the genus)
>Megatherium: Giant Southamerican sloth
>Ambulocetus: HAES supporter
>Phosruacos: Killer nandu
>Andrewsarchus: Andrew's hooved wolf
>Glyptodon (not in pic): Dinodillo
>Doedicurus: Spike-tailed dinodillo
The rest have already common names or are fine as they are, imo.

Coming up with dino names that don't sound daft is tricky.
What would a veliciraptor be? A bird-dog? A quick thief?
You'd have to come up with all new words that somehow sound right.
