>turtle
but yeah, /an/ is mostly pet owners so your silly concern isn't going to resonate with this crowd.

What silly concern?, look at that tortured turtle, forced to carry that bucket for human amusement, and standing there doing nothing, that thing is hell I tell you, worked as a human sign for a day and it's the shittiest, more humillating job someone could have.

you should start a rock collecting board if you're so concerned.

Fuck you animal rights bitch !

The turtle likely isn't aware of whats going on. Turtles do not have a brain anywhere close to developed enough to process emotions, complex thought, or anything more than the "reptilian brain", pure fucking instinct.
The turtle is stupid, they aren't actually harming the turtle in any way.

This. Though some turtles can display small bouts of intelligence like being able to avoid cliffs and even recognize people, they're pretty stupid in other aspects.
Besides, it's not like the tortoise is even remotely harmed, the bucket is just tied to the shell as opposed to being drilled or stapled into it or something, and they have a very diminished sense of feeling on their shells as opposed to their skin. (in the same vein you can hardly feel shit on your fingernails)
That tortoise probably feels something vaguely on its shell and doesn't give enough of a shit about it
