What is? Central FL inside kitchen, no food left out, clean kitchen. Former owner had roach problem, solved with boric acid

My first guess was a woodlose hunter, but those don't have back markings, but it's probably a Anyphaenidae, not sure tough.

That's kind of a weird looking fella
Might be a hacklemesh weaver, Callobius sp but something doesn't look right
Since there's no size reference it might also be one of a bajillion different sheetweb species that I don't have the time or energy to doublecheck right now

Definitely not a woodlouse hunter--wrong shape. Front legs too long, abdomen too rounded, and the black markings, as you said.
Could be a some morphos of a Hacklemesh. Right shape, wrong colors.

Probably a Metaltella iheringi, because it looks more red than a Metaltella Simonii.
But I can't find pictures of the rest of the Metaltellas.
