Well Nick, it looks like it has some sort of fungal infection.
Also looks dehydrated and who knows what else. is the setup proper? It shouldn't be in with other chameleons so I'm guessing it isn't.

there is no vet for reptiles here so, i need something to treat them. appreceate if you would help
