Fix your cat means have it spayed or neutered so that it doesn't add to the problem of feral and stray cats you mong.
Also, save up some damn money. If you can't set back at least a thousand dollars then you have no business owning any animal.
Stop letting your cat outside unsupervised. Unless of course you like asking for advice on how to deal with precious kitty everytime it comes home fucked up. Next time it may not be so lucky.
