This bird hit my glass door and was sitting there moving very little. We put it in a cushioned box with a little bread and water. What else should I do?

vet?

Dude, that bird's fucked. It's probably got internal bleeding or broken bones if it's not moving. If you're really fussed about it, take it to the vets, but honestly there's nothing you can do by yourself.

just leave it outside and let nature take care of things itself.
>>
leave it outside you tard
birds wham into windows all the time and mostly just dose off a while

you think you can adopt it and call it Kenny and everything will be a fairy tale?
Kenny is not even a bird name.. get a hold of yourself

Wait. If it is warm and dry, and unstressed, then it will survive if it can. When i was little we picked up a baltimore oriole that hit the windshield of the car in front of us. It perked up and flew off after two days sitting sitting completely still, only knew it was alive because breathing

It's probably in shock, it'll be ok.
Once went to the racetrack and a little baby bird, barely rid of its downy feathers, flew into the spectator box. My dad picked it up and we let it sit next to us in the stands in a french fry box lined with napkins. He never moved, after about an hour he flew away. It was magical.

It could be in shock. May want to put it in a safe spot outside less you want a bird flying around shitting in the house. it's also a bad omen.
