What mammal do you find to be the most interesting and why? I personally like the mongoose because it's not afraid to take on venomous snakes. I also find it interesting how the mongoose is immune to a certain quantity of snake venom.
>I know one and only one thing about mongooses and still have the nerve to make a bullshit thread about my "interest"

Sea Otters are dank. They are like puppies that swim.
These badass motherfuckers.
All canids and mustelids. Wolves, Domesticated dogs, European badgers, Pine Martens and Wolverines in particular I find fascinating.
I really like anteaters and tamandua. They're basically sloths that, instead of becoming arboreal and slightly humanoid, grew incredibly long, fused jaws to suck up bugs. They can also swim, climb, dig, and fuck up predators if they get a good swipe at one. Pretty cool guys. Also their stomachs can't produce chitinase despite their diet (even humans produce a tiny amount of chitinase), so that's embarrassing.
