A few weeks ago I posted about this hoping I could get some advice on this but nothing I've tried is working. I took in a dog my sisters ex-husband had since it was a puppy. She lived her whole life outside with two other female dogs who were not spayed. She's around 4 years old right now.
Well we've had some problems with her, mostly shes aggressive with our other dog, she doesn't attack him but growls whenever she is near him or even smells him. We've been slowly work on that though but not much has changed. The other problem is she tries to mark in the house. she goes around trying to pee everywhere. I take her for two one hour walks everyday, I constantly praise her when she goes outside and stop her in the act but it hasn't worked.
I gave her to a friend who wanted her because we thought it might be because there was another dog in the house and he doesn't have one but she still marked and even pooped constantly in his house so he just gave her back.
I'm not really sure what to do with her I've already spent a lot of my money getting her every thing she needs so I can't take her to a trainer at the moment is there any thing I could do or is she a lost cause?

Enzyme cleaners where she pees and doggy diapers. Give her a stern "no" and completely ignore her existence after she pees inside for a few minutes

I have heard many people suggest to start keeping a journal of the exact time the dog has an accident, and begin to take the dog outside according to their schedule. I have never had too much of an issue housebreaking adult dogs, but I've read many people having a lot of success with this.

If she sleeps indoors, you could also begin to crate train her as well. Let her sleep in the crate and outdoors for potty literally first thing in the morning.

Have you spayed her yet, btw?

I take her outside constantly but even after i take her out and she pees, the first thing she does is try to pee inside
Yeah we bought her some diapers but I'm not its going to solve anything. No we took her to out vet but they want to wait until after her next heat cycle to get her spayed.

If the dog has had a lot of change lately, expect accidents at first.

Also, it's a given but just in case, never punish a dog just for growling.

Interrupt her with a loud noise and rush right back outside.

Taking in an adult dog with problems can be hard. Sometimes you don't see a real improvement in behavior for a while.
I adopted a six year old Rat Terrier about 3 years ago. She lived in a bank of cages with 26 other dogs. Training her has been a struggle because she displays something called 'learned helplessness'. Basically she freezes and shuts down if she is frightened or nervous. She doesn't learn anything from the encounter.
So the entire first year I had her it was like having a half wild creature in the house. I decided to simply ignore all bad behavior and only praise her. If she sat down, I said "sit" and praised her. If she was calm, I praised her. If she peed outside I praised her.
After about a year she was less fearful, and she seemed to like me. She even learned a few commands. Another year went by and she followed me from room to room, and started to tolerate being pet by strangers. Now, three years on she is well behaved, confident (mostly), and she seeks me out for petting and comfort.

It took a long time, but it has been worth it.

Oh and don't worry about the marking. That will mostly go away after you have her fixed.

Im glad your dog is doing better anon. Yeah maybe I just have to be more patient, my other dog picked things up so quickly I was beginning to think she would never learn. I really hope the marking goes away cause that's my biggest concern right now.

I've been doing that but she doesn't have to pee so when I take her outside she kinda looks confused and walks around for a while then when I bring her back in she's back at it again.

I didn't really think the change would be that bad because she was really comfortable with me I spent a lot of time with her for the first 2 years of her life.
