There is honestly nothing wrong with cats. They have been here way longer than modern humans. They are pretty high on the food chain and natural predators. They are perfect for people living near lakes or places with forests since it houses many bugs and insects that are annoying as hell. I fucking hate roaches, sadly I can't have a cat. Making them pets didn't really do much. Letting them free roam is that big of an issue. Most either just run away from you or they try to get attention by playing with you.
