The mutt ate an entire blueberry muffin, is she going to die?

First guess? Brown recluse. I would take a match to the house just to play it safe.
Is there xylitol in the muffins? If yes, find an emergency vet ASAP and call them and tell them you have a potential case of xylitol poisoning. If no, monitor and keep an eye on her. If she keeps eating and continues to pass over the next few days, then nothing to worry about.
Are they real blueberries or the ones made from petrochemicals?

Wild Blueberry Muffin: Bleached enriched wheat flour, water, sugar, wild blueberries, soybean and/or canola oils, liquid whole eggs, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), modified cornstarch, salt, cellulose gum, monoglycerides, guar gum, xanthan gum, corn syrup solids, whey powder (milk), enzyme (amylase), natural
flavour.
This seems fine. God bless Tim Hortons.

Is this a troll thread? Cause no
Aren't blueberries good for them?
Not at all. That pup will be fine. People don't seem to understand just how much of a substance it takes to reach fatal toxicity in canines.
For example, a 60 pound dog would have to eat around 80 full size hershey bars. But people piss themselves when Scruffy steals a hershey kiss from the halloween tub. Or they have a relative who said they had a dog that croaked after eating a fun size snickers. That simply doesn't happen. It is a biological impossibility.
There are, however, a few items that are terrifyingly dangerous that are available in any house. For example, 500mg or so of acetaminophen (tylenol) will kill any cat in 12-18 hours. Technically, 20mg/pound is where it hits lethal levels. Within 2 hours of ingesting it, it is irreversible and vets can't do anything. M
oral of the story - don't store your Tylenol inside tuna.
