She's seeking attention.
I saw a cop riding a horse around my Wal-Marts parking lot once.
I think she's fat
i'm surprised a horse could carry a wal-mart customer.

You know new York city has horse mounted police, right?
I wouldn't want to ride my horse to the store. When I got off and went inside, I'm sure a bunch of fuckheads would come over and start kicking it or something.

Don't know how correct this is, but I once read a blog or something about kids complaining to mounted police that they didn't pick up the horses' poop. the police gave the reason that dog poo needs to be picked up because they're carnivores, so their poop is more dangerous

They change out the horses shoes more regularly, and inspect the hooves daily. The main reason these horses and carriage horses get retired so soon is because of the damage to thier feet from spending so much time on pavement.
