May I ask what kind of spider this is? Have been finding a few in my home, usually about an inch long and almost 2" in diameter, sometimes bigger.
I live in the Northwest if that helps?

Does it for sure look like a wolf spider to you, because that was my guess?
They seem to be quite common here in homes, which is unfortunate.

Thats a common brown house spider, They are harmless.

How can you tell? Pictures of wolf spider look quite similar to the spider in the picture.

I don't know, but I see them in the grass in my backyard all the time in the summer.

It's weird how seeing spiders on hardwood floors seems more natural than seeing them on grass, huh
