Bath Time!!!

I bathe my dog every other week. I use dog shampoo and then mane n tail conditioner. Bathing often helps a lot with shedding.

Do snakes enjoy baths?

Why do you soap your snake? I'm no expert on snakes but I can't imagine that beeing beneficial to it.

Dog gets to play with the hose every day after a walk.
He loves water, it cools him down and keeps him pretty clean.

OP human shampoo is not made for non humans.

I shower my cat when he walks into the shower in the middle of me showering, which happens once every couple of weeks. I use kitty wash.

I bathe my dog whenever he starts to smell, which is every couple of months. He spends a lot of time in the water which keeps him pretty clean but if he gets dirty I'll just rinse him and not actually shampoo. I can't remember the brand I use but we got it at petsmarand it smells like coconut. Makes his fur feel and smell awesome
