ya some people dont like them It was prob unripe or overripe dragon fruit (Pitya) there described as bland kiwi, some kinds are really sweet and Delicious

I personally suggest against fruit trees, especially soft fruit trees, as they make a mess and attract bugs and rats.

Get a maple tree. You can make syrup and it is beautiful in the fall.
