Can a rat eat Cookie crisp cereal?

Rats can't eat cookie crisp cereal or fruit loops. They don't know how to.

It's fine as a treat. Occasionally. Too much sugar is bad for them.

Sewer rats and pet rats can eat the same things...

They could, but it's not particularly good for them. I'd be concerned that the sugar could harm their molars over time, too.

Try a healthier cereal with less sugar, like Cheerios, Corn Flakes, or Rice Krispies.

They can eat anything

Rats will literally eat anything.

Just because they can and do doesn't mean they should. If you want a long life with your rats you need to feed them better food
