Animal control gets an anonymous call heard tyron is selling a litter of pitbull pups he bread with his two pits in his backyard.

Animal control along with the LEO ask to see his breeding certification and the licenses for his two dogs he has neither. Dogs are confiscated and taken to a shelter and he is fined. Dogs/pups that don't get adopted by a responsible owner are destroyed.

Breeders, owners and trainers would probably have licenses that allow them to house different number of dogs.

This may even help out with insurance premiums and liability cases. More responsibility on breeders, trainers as well as owners. For example some thugs bully snaps and attacks a kid. Turns out the owner didn't have a license. Turns out the breeder is a BYB with no license and is breeding for aggressiveness as well so he is too cops some blame for the incident.

Also i'm not saying we need to get rid of protection dog training or gun dog training or hunting dog training or schultzhund or anything like that.

Thing is it wasn't always this way.

It was rotties and GSD's before pitbulls were seen as the bad guys.

Its just that they became popular.

Its like gun control, you take a way guns then stabbings become popular.

also you'd have to meet certain requirements like with its pen and its distance to neighboring properties etc...

So if say i was a farmer and the neighboring property (probably some sort of private zoo) met all the government requirements and the animal was properly caged and couldn't get out

i wouldn't have an issue with it

If say i lived in the suburbs and i saw that my neighbors suddenly had a grizzly cub they'd intended to keep into adulthood

i would have a problem with it and probably anonymously call animal control and tell them that my neighbors have a grizzly bear
