It kinda looks like a brown recluse pupper, maybe other anons know better.

It's hard to say, OP. Many breeds of dogs can come in that typical black and tan pattern, and this dog isn't striking me as any particular breed, so he could easily be a mutt/mix of many different breeds.

With more pictures some of us might be able to give you a better guess of what kinds of breeds might be in his genetic history, but it's likely not to be a sure thing.

Breeds that can contribute similar looks to that dog: German Shepherd, Aussie Shepherd, English Shepherd, Doberman, Beauceron, Labrador, Rottweiler, etc. etc.
