Can't get any closer, really muddy genus. Could call it R. Emetica and no one would argue. Peppery hot if you taste it. Poisonous.

These pics are hard to tell. Generally need a pic of the cap and then flipped up so the gills are visible. The best indicator though is a spore print. Take a cap on a sheet of white and black paper, put a drop of water on top, Gill side down. Cover with a glass and check in like 6 hours. The color left is very useful in narrowing down the species.

None of these appear to be edible to me.

This is a red bietta, mildly poisonous but some people eat it. The greyish kind is fully edible.

These look like pocce delle vacche, supposedly they are edible, people dice them and fry them in omelettes. Idk about the other two
