I gave him a quarter of paracetamol my dog, the pill has 500 mg.

Dogs, unlike cats, can actually process paracetamol, but that doesn't make what you did any less stupid. If you gave a cat 250mg, it'd die. If you're worried, go to the vet.
He'll give your dog charcoal, and reprimand you like fuck for feeding your dog human medicine.

To be fair, dogs often take people medicine but in the right doses. Doesn't make the OP any less of a raging retard.
I would call your vet. I don't know if inducing vomiting is still an option. 500mg sounds like a shit load for such a small dog. Be prepared to need to take him to an emergency clinic though. Wouldn't be surprised at all if that is what the vet told you to do.
