betadine (iodine) and neosporin. clean several times a day and keep an eye on it.

Use a warm damp paper towel and compress the wound to reduce inflammation. Don't push too hard. Do this a few times a day.
Make sure the paper towel is clean and try to make sure she doesn't lick it.
Don't let her go outside until it heals and make sure she stays hydrated. I feed my cats a spoonful of wet food with a few ounces of hot/warm water to encourage them to drink.
She should be fine. If you notice her "hiding" a lot more, being abnormally unsociable, she might be getting sick.
