What kind of spider is this?
I took a photo with my cellphone and it was too windy so I couldn't get another angle.

Underside shots are always tricky. It's an orbweaver but I can't tell you more than that.

Brown Recluse
Looks sort of like a European Garden Spider.
Neoscona Crucifera.
The specific name cruci-(torture)fera (beast) refers to their bite, envenomation results in excruciating pain usually described as pins and needles that turns into burning heat, spreading up to 18 inches from the bite location. After a few hours severe muscle cramping occurs all over the body, similar to tetanus but less severe, and usually does not involve the face or jaw muscles.
After about 12 hours the cramping subsides, and after about a day the burning sensation fades, but the skin in the affected area remains extremely sensitive to touch for another 2-3 days.
Though the symptoms could be dangerous for very young or elderly people, no deaths have been reported, most likely due to bites being particularly rare, they won't bite unless directly handled and their fangs are tiny, only able to penetrate thin skin such as the forearm or in one case, a man's nipple.

Looks like a marbled orbweaver, not a cross spider, judging by thecolor & transparent striped legs. Crucifera are brown and hairier.
