You are late on this boat. Genetically it will be an obvious mix of base breeds even if you waste 50 years of your life on it. But you'd be on speed with cats. Since their "breeds" are exactly like that, small time selection of mutts with desired traits with mixing that to one base "breed" that was made the same style 100 years ago or wild cats of choice with lots of inbreeding.

It depends on how you define healthy. They are more likely to develop spinal problems, for sure; this is exacerbated by things like being overweight (the largest contributor), large amounts of stairs and jumping, and improper carrying (especially as a puppy)
