But the belly of this guy is too dark, so it might be Diphylla ecaudata, but I don't know if this species is also able to "walk" on the floor

You can build bathouses out of anything. Where I live everyone's tearing down there barns and sheds due to new property taxes. Bats btfo. I built 40 bathouses out of attic vents and some shitty rotted plywood. Put them out front with a free sign. Gone in 2hrs.
