Neither. The dog is trying to "bury" the fish to save it for later.

It's an instinctive behavior, and the dog isn't really using critical thinking to understand that water won't bury the fish, and that he can't scrape up concrete that he's standing on to bury it like he could if he was standing on dirt. He doesn't know he's standing on a surface that can't be dug up to bury something.

im actually quite the opposite, i feel that people who need the law to defend them are cowards. i'll go down with honor before i act like a bitch.

but i just think that no one has any right to bring any undue negativity on to anyone or anythings life. and if they do, they deserve the same in return.
