Looks like some kind of larvae.

Found a few of these in the past few months, one in a box I had under my bed, a hollowed out shell of one, and now this one just chilling on my wall.

Should I be worried?

Forget what they are, it's some beetle larvae. They're pretty common, someone else will likely respond with what they are soon. Vacuum your house more. Harmless.

Look like dermestid beetle larvae - they are bad news around taxidermy, old leather, horns and hides and some stored foods. Google it.
