I can't get another picture, I threw it out the window. But it's just that, a white ball with a shell (the grey thing in the picture)

Kind of looks like a peeled woodlouse.

Nah, more like someone pulled the grey shell off the white body of the louse. I don't know if that's possible but it's where my mind went.

It probably just moulted. They do that, but they usually eat the moult after.

Looks like what I've always heard called silverfish
