Why would you let a dog get that fat?

Abuse that is.

Because fat people think there's nothing wrong with being fat. Remember, it has nothing to do with your environment or choices. It's just who you are.

Mississippifag here, raccoons are viscous motherfuckers.
>dem teeth

also raccoons can get really fucking big. that's obviously an obese specimen but i've seen wild buck raccoons get much bigger than that without being obese. we're talking 30-50 lbs of evil bastard with thumbs

My aunt owns this fat fuck. It's a chihuahua (which I hate), it barks non-stop, and it always stares at you whenever you're eating.

I call it the Living Football of the South

This is disgusting, letting your animals get fat should be classified as animal abuse.
>>

I don't have an image of your mum sorry.
>>
>>2017222

It is. It just isn't reported as frequently as other cases since Americans are typically too dumb to see fat as a problem.

Saw this fat fuck at a petting zoo in southern Oregon. I thought he was just /bulking/ for hibernation, but the trainers told me that the bears have no need to hibernate in the zoo, they have all their needs taken care of so they just don't do it.

I'm thinking this borders on animal cruelty, because this fatty looked really out of it.

It definitely is, but keeping animals in a petting zoo is abuse in itself already.

Don't worry, it got rescued and is on a weight loss program. Something about it lived near a restaurant and the owners of the restraint would always feed it scraps.

I've heard and seen things on killer raccoon, but the ones around my house are pretty docile.
I leave bowls of dry food on my front and back porch and outside my yard for stray/outside cats, and lots of raccoon and opossum come up to eat it. Thing is, they have never attacked a cat, and will back down to any of the dummies (including kittens) that swat them.
I also have a mostly blind 17lb. pekingese that thinks she can take these 35lb. 'coons and watermelon sized opossum. When she charges though, they run. One night, when I was closing the pet door, I was horrified to see her outside laying next to one her size. The poor thing was playing dead and had let her bite him all spitty. She had no marks on her. Another night she had a bigger backed up snarling at it and I had to pick her up and bring her in. I put my old food/scraps in the back yard so they can eat in peace, but some still come to the front porch.
Its amazing what animals will put up with for steady food....

my dog is way to fat but she is old so that is probably never going to change
>>
>>2020216

It's never too late to feed a dog less, sheesh. If she looses some weight she'll probably live longer. Cut her kibble in half, mix in some microwaved frozen peas or green beans with an egg. Sprinkle with a little nutro and she won't even know she's on a diet.

I saw yesterday a thread on facebook about this, where every post which did not hail to being fat was deleted, it got me angry to no end.

Owners as it seems link overfeeding the dog with loving them. More food = more love.

If the owner is fat too(most of them are), it is easier to pretend that it's okay to be fat, since if they admit that being fat is unhealthy for the dogs, it will lead to recognizing that it is unhealthy for them as well.

Lel big dogs and big women are more beautiful.

Pic related, it was one of them
>we told the dog not to eat that much, but it keeps doing it

it is animal abuse to overfeed your dog
