By coworker, I mean a girl who I see about 4 hours a week in a class we are aides for. At max, our conversations can be about 5 mins long before class starts. It's not a typical office coworker, but still someone who is only connected to me through our payroll.
She's kinda cute, I'm kinda not. There's potential we could connect very well, but I don't know where to begin. It just seems very awkward to bring up any non-work related stuff when we're in class.
Should I try and ask for her number? Ask if she wants to meet up for coffee or lunch one day? Just start talking to her after the job?
What's the best way to go for this girl?
Just be normal and keep being nice and let her make the first move.

Why? Are you a boring person who has nothing outside of work? Talk about your interests and her interests. Talk about a great hiking spot you discovered or the cool Spanish dishes you are learning to cook. A lot of hobbies and activities you mention could lead to a shared activity that would lead to "dating". Try and give her reasons for you two to hang out, buddy.

We're literally in a class for 1 hour a day. Most the time, we're walking around the class helping kids. Can't really just go into a corner and talk for 15 mins. That's just too awkward and not possible.
