I have asked this to several doctors and they all tell me it's not a problem, or they just shrug. So I am posting here in the hopes that maybe someone can relate, or have somewhat of an answer.
Often I feel a "pulse" in my brain, like there's a heartbeat inside my brain. It doesn't really HURT, but it's annoying, distracting, and disconcerting, and makes it hard to relax or concentrate. Sometimes it gets worse than others. Today it's really bad; it feels like my brain is pulsing something fierce. Tends to get worse after I drink alcohol.
So does anyone know if this could mean anything? It FEELS like it shouldn't be happening, and yet, again several doctors have told me it's not a big deal at all. But I just can't shake the feeling; it really feels like something is happening that should not be happening.

It's not a big deal - happens to me sometimes too. It happens when you drink alcohol because your blood vessels are dilating and leaving your dehydrated. Drink more water.

Also the pulse isn't in your brain, your brain has no sensory nerves, it can't feel anything.

Its not in your brain. You don't have any nerve endings in your brain, no sensations, you could have centipedes crawling around and eating you from the inside of your skull and the only indication you would get is loss of function.
Either its somatic (hah, pun intended) or its in your scalp/skull. You're probably dehydrated.

Honestly, I feel like something in my brain is just really sensitive. I've had two drinks, and already I feel this weird pressure in my brain and a bad headache. I just can't tell what it is. Doctors keep telling me it's nothing, but how can that be? They just keep telling me its anxiety, but its this really weird feeling in my head. Do most people have this, or am I just really weird?

Previous posters are telling the truth. I get this too from dehydration/drinking and it's usually an indication I'm about to have a horrible migraine.

It's your head, not brain. Dehydration, your eyes, your posture, some previous injury, upcoming flu or persistent viral infection in your sinuses or ears, blood pressure, mineral deficiency, gas problems in your stomach and buildup releasing from your throat... These are all viable causes for your bullshit sensations. However I'm sure your doctor has measured your blood pressure for example..? I think you are just seeking attention.
