My wife and I are getting older. She'll be 36 this year. She told me she doesn't want children for a variety of reasons fr career to age to state of society. I sort of want kids but not yet ,mainly for passing on Gene's but my brother already had three so I don't feel so much pressure anymore. Since my wife may be too old I was thinking of donating to a sperm bank. How does this work? How can I ensure my sperm get selected to live on in someone else's child?
If you donate to a sperm bank you cannot ensure that your sperm is used. Both for this reason and for you saying you want kids "mainly" for passing on genes, I'd suggest looking into donating sperm to a lesbian couple and being a distant father figure. Then you both know for sure that it's used, and you can see who your child grows into somewhat, be a positive influence depending on the couple's wishes etc.
Or you could do what I did and get yourself some stripper babies, just make sure they don't find out your last name- T Nigger
