Here I am, nothing to do this Saturday. My girlfriend is having fun with her friends. And we're not living together, she's with her parents, so it's unlikely that we will have fun this night. I am alone, and thinking about drinking. This will kill my gains though, and I want to have a healthy life, but there's nothing like it I can think of. I need emotional release. What can I do? Inside I am a bit sad, feeling how life is pointless in a bad way (sometimes that can inspire). I feel open to suggestions, but holy shit... Reading something, watching a good movie... These advises don't hit the nerve.

Also, there is a way to do alcohol without affecting your fitness too much. Google it.
In general, use more nutritionally empty alcoholic drinks like vodka as opposed to calorie-laden beer
